About the Role
Senior Key Account Manager required for a key role within an innovative software company serving asset-intensive organizations, handling large $MM deals.
The position can be based remotely anywhere in the UK. The ideal candidate will possess:
- In-depth Account Management experience, focusing on managing existing enterprise accounts with full sales cycle responsibility.
- Strong background in enterprise software/SaaS with complex value propositions.
- Proven success in growing client accounts, building roadmaps, and driving upsell/cross-sell.
- Exceptional track record in renewals, client satisfaction, and retention.
- Experience in asset management or analytics (desirable).
Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Transportation, Energy, or Water Utilities is highly beneficial.
In this role, you will focus on a select group of strategic accounts, driving pipeline development, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Using a consultative, value-based approach, you will promote award-winning products and the broader portfolio to deliver client value. Your industry expertise will help identify and qualify opportunities within the existing customer base.
