About the Role
Regional HR Manager, EMEA urgently required for an important position within a highly innovative software company which specializes in providing solutions for asset-intensive organizations (large $MM deals). You will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives across EMEA.
This is a remote position based in Europe with a preference for the UK, Spain, Netherlands or Germany.
The successful candidate will have an comprehensive HR background which will include:
- working in a fast growing, credible tech company
- have experience in companies that have scaled both regionally and internationally
- have experience working across the different countries and regions in Europe/EMEA (which includes exposure to different employment laws)
- extensive experience in HR both strategically and tactically
- have experience working within a matrix organisation.
Responsibilities include: Business Partnership and Influence Strategic HR Leadership Employee Relations and Risk Management Talent & Change Management. There are currently 70+ people in EMEA and this is forecast to grow significantly over the next few years. Making this a critical position within a talented EMEA team presenting lots of opportunities to expand your career!
You will report into the Global VP HR (based in North America) and have a dotted line into the MD, EMEA.
